Kodak Moment #33

I got hundreds to thousands of photos through my life.  A lot of which would match up to stories here on Cowabunga Corner, but for one reason or another they are not chosen.  This does not mean that these photos are not worth sharing and do not hold stories of their own.  I would like to keep sharing what I can here on the site, so whenever I can I will share a photo and a story to go along with the photo.  If it’s a part of events that has been shared here, we will link back to the stories of the events themselves as well.  Hope everyone enjoys.  Today’s photo is from Mesa Verde in 2013.

Comic Con International Hall H - Discrimination against Handicap people who walk

Being handicapped is difficult.  Some handicaps are obvious such as missing a limb, wheelchair bound, or using a service animal.  But there are less obvious handicaps: difficulty breathing, continuous pain, sudden onset pain and neurological problems to name a few.  Having a handicap makes life for that person just a little harder than for others.  And everyone with a handicap has their personal story to tell of why they are how they are, and what pain they manage in their lives.  This does not mean that handicap people do not deserve to live a normal life. It just means we need a little assistance.

Comic Con International: Dealer Room

Comic Con International is now officially started.  People are packing in for their panels, the dealer floor is too packed to move and people are dressed up in cosplay all around.  At most conventions Thursday would be seen as a slow day, but this is not like most Conventions.  This is one of the biggest conventions in the United States.  Though is the star names that hang in the panel room the real attraction or is there other things offered for that high ticket price?  The Dealer room is way more than your normal dealer room.

Comic Con International: Hall H

Comic Con International is here.  This week thousands of people will be traveling into San Diego, California for one of the biggest events in the United States.  With comic artist and writers, tv show producers, directors and actors and movie stars.  This event brings the city of San Diego into a full swinging party.  And we’ll like to do some Comic Con International stories for everyone to share the hype of the event.  What makes Comic Con International different from any other Comic Con?  One of the big differences is Hall H.

TMNT Box #1

There a lot of Turtle fans out there that don’t have the time or money to just go out and collect everything that hit the shelves.  This does not mean that those fans do not want to get hands on cool TMNT stuff, it just says that some things slip away before they can jump into the action.  If you’re a fan who wants TMNT stuff, if you like surprises, and if you want to save money this is something for you.  This is the TMNT Box.
