Kodak Moments #26

I got hundreds to thousands of photos through my life.  A lot of which would match up to stories here on Cowabunga Corner, but for one reason or another they are not chosen.  This does not mean that these photos are not worth sharing and do not hold stories of their own.  I would like to keep sharing what I can here on the site, so whenever I can I will share a photo and a story to go along with the photo.  If it’s a part of events that has been shared here, we will link back to the stories of the events themselves as well.  Hope everyone enjoys.  Today’s photo is Toby in the sewer loft.

This photo was taken during the week we built my sewer loft.  In 2007 a show called Fanatical was coming to film an interview with me.  They wanted me to throw a Turtle party the day of the interview, which  meant a camera crew and a party, so I opened up my room to a loft that was being used as storage.  Cleaning off the loft, gave us enough room for all the people coming over.  Miki suggested that I turned it into a sewer, I thought my dad would be against that.  Later that day, my dad said that it should be a sewer.  It took 4 days to turn the loft into a Sewer design. 

Toby spent a lot of time on the loft, he liked to hang out there since during the summer months it was cooler than my bedroom.   Those of us who worked on the loft were Miki, Fuzzy Duc, Eclipse, Iruka, and myself.  My father would help as well.  This corner of the loft in the photo is where Cowabunga Corner has been filmed Seasons 2 through 6.
