At New York City Comic Con 2012 LEGO announced that they’re releasing sets of the new Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Since that event six sets has been released to the public, I’ve already done the review for the Kraang Escape Lab. Now I bring you a review for Shredder’s Dragon Bike. This is the second smallest set that I have, and it still took me an hour and a half to put together. With a little editing we brought the video to just over an hour.
LEGO Ninja Turtles Shredder Dragon Bike comes with two rides and three character toys. The characters are Shredder, Donatello and a Foot Ninja. The first thing you put together in the set is Donatello powered skateboard, a new cheapskate. Then you put together Shredder’s bike which is half the size of the Shell Raiser.
More and more LEGO is impressing me. The Directions, the details and the pieces. I feel as if I’m being introduced to LEGO for the first time. It’s totally different than what I remember from my childhood and I’m loving it. This company is putting so much pride and care into what they make. Even Shredder’s face is scarred without his helmet. With this sort of attention to the property line, I really do hope to get every set that LEGO does for TMNT!
Do you collect the LEGO TMNT sets? Do you have this set? If so please share your thoughts here! All reviews, comments and questions are welcomed below!
