Review: Nickelodeon 2013 TMNT Ball

With so much Turtles merch that came out in 2013 we are going to have a field day going over some of these awesome Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle items you can still find in stores.  This here is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ball found at Meijer just around Christmas time. 

There has been a lot of balls with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on them that has come out through the years.  This one is just as fun as the others.  It’s filled with the right amount of air that it has a wonderful bounce to it.  A thick rubber skin so it’s not easy to pop the air out, unless you stab it or try to destroy it.  The bottom of the ball has the company information Ball, Bounce and Sport Inc. - HEDSTROM® from Ashland, OH.  They really did a great job on this ball as I love the feel of it and size.

The images on the ball are great, one side you have the Ninja Turtles relaxed standing together. While the other side has the Turtles in an action pose.  The best of both worlds.  These are normal Nickelodeon images that you can find on just about anything TMNT right now.  So the images does not stand out, though that does not make this any less of a Turtle product worth buying.  It can amuse people of all ages, just as any other bouncing ball can.

My only complaint about the ball is that there is a section on one side where the paint is chipped.  So the image can be scraped off.  The ball has only been at the store, in my house and in my car.  It has not been used in any outdoor play time.  Unless this scratch happened at the store, I have no clue how it could of gotten damage.  Because of this I recommend it to be kept indoors when not in use or weather will hurt the images on the ball.  And there is a chance of it being damaged during play time.
