Review: Ninja Turtles Cups, Bowls and Plates

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are getting out everywhere right now.  With so many different items hitting the market it is going to be hard to keep up.  Though we will do our best to keep dishing out these reviews of the cool new toys to the smallest items hidden in the cracks of a store.  Today’s item was not to hidden, it was brightly displayed on a TMNT stand near the registers at Wal-Mart.  As we have Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cups, bowls and plates based on the new Nickelodeon TMNT series!

I just had to pick these up.  On a good day where I can take time for breaks in the middle of the day for lunch, I usually have a simple sandwich.  Well these are perfect for my lunches.  I just had to share my thoughts with everyone on how well they are done.  The artwork on them.  And just how excited I am to see this kind of TMNT merchandise back in stores.  Check out the video for the full review!

Hey, guess what? I went into my local Walmart today to pick up a few things, and to mu surprise, the TMNT display was there! :D I was so excited XD There were a bunch of kids around it, the turtles sure are very popular right now! Once they left, I went over to the display and grabbed the adult sized shirt I've been wanting and a Raphael key chain. They also had these pieces of tupperware, water bottles, tumblers, blankets, hats and the head pillows! I'm so happy I finally got the shirt, I love the design of it and look forward to wearing it :D The keychain is also great, I will be using that on my keys for sure haha. Now that I think about it, I kind of regret not picking up one of the pillows, I'm going to go back soon and get the Mikey one, it was actually very soft! So yeah, just wanted to tell you XD

Oooh have not heard of the fruit snacks, I will have to get my hands on those. I've always loved TMNT fruit snacks and have the packaging for the different TMNT fruit snacks through out the years. If you watch Cowabunga Corner Season 2 episode 52, you can see some of the TMNT food products that I have collected over the years. I got a lot more, just hard to get everything in my collection out and about. :) And fit what I can in that small corner I film in.

Yes, I've seen that episode, it was great! Perhaps if Nickelodeon makes enough new food products you could do a part 2 of sorts ;) I've always loved the random TMNT products and the TMNT food products. Again, I hope my Walmart gets the display in.

The random stuff that's come out from TMNT has been some of my favorite things to get. And yes, as I get more stuff like that there will be other reviews that will cover the new products. Already working on the plans for Season 5 of the blog. Some episodes has been moved around because of my love of new products and wanting to share it. But I don't want to forget the older products too, so mixing it up as good as I can ;)

Hope your Walmart gets the display. I noticed it was already gone at the Walmart here. I should of asked to have it when they were done with it, but I thought it would be up longer.

That's great to hear, I really love reading and/or watching your TMNT reviews.

Seeing as how my closest Walmart didn't have the display, I called up a Walmart that is a bit farther away, and the worker I spoke to informed me that the display is no longer there, but the products that were on it could still be scattered throughout the store. I'm surprised by this, they got rid of it pretty fast! This makes me think that my Walmart won't ever get it in, but hey, you never know. I guess I'm not too worried, I'm sure we'll be seeing tons of cool new merchandise in the future seeing as how popular the new show is.

Those are some cool pieces of tupperware! My Walmart still hasn't gotten the display in yet, and I'm starting to think that they won't and I'll have to buy some these awesome items on eBay :( By the way, did you hear about the new TMNT fruit snacks? They're made by Betty Crocker (who also made the 4Kids fruit snacks) and are based on the new show. I saw a picture of the box online and I hope to find them soon.
