Review: TMNT Colorforms

As a kid I loved colorforms I had a few different sets growing up.  I got so excited earlier this year when I met the new owners of Colorforms and they introduced me to their new line of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  They showed us a good handful of sets that were being released for 2015.  While at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis I found one of the colorform sets in the gift shop, since they had a lot of Turtle Merchandise for “Secrets of the Sewers”.   Here is my review of that Colorform set, with guest co-host Alopex.

I was happy to get my hands on a Colorform set.  This has a 3D Feature to it, to where it’s a stand up set to put your colorforms on, with a shellraiser.  There’s also four stand ups, one of each Turtle.  We got fun characters from Leatherhead, the Rat King to mousers.  Check out the video to see our reactions to the new set from colorforms.

I recommend these for adults who like cool display pieces.  This kind of setup would look cool in a display case even with other TMNT toys around it.  I recommend for kids who like to tell stories with their favorite characters.  Colorforms is and always has been a great gift idea for holidays, birthdays or just to treat yourself.  They’re something fun for fans young and old.

Do you have this colorform TMNT set?  If so, where’d you get it?  Please share, reviews, comments and questions below.
