Review: TMNT T Blaster

There’s some neat toys out there for Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  As Toys R Us have TMNT stuff popping up in all these different spots of the store.  One of the cool thing that has popped up is the Turtles T Blaster, this is a shooting game with a target board, that keeps score.  A game I just had to check out, which brings us to my review of the Turtles T Blaster.

This game has a lot of small pieces in putting it together.  For the most part it is really easy, just a snap together toy.  I remember reading on the box that it was suppose to take 2 batteries, so I was surprised when it had space for three in there.  I thought putting it together was going to be the hardest part of the game, then I found that aiming that gun to be just as hard.  With other problems such as pieces flying right back out at you, either through the hole you shot it into or even the hole directly below it, before it reached the points sensor. 

Even with these faults I found myself playing around a lot with the Turtle T Blaster.  Even got a friend to join in the fun as we shot at the targets.  I do think it would of been more fun if the bad guys were inside the target holes, much like the bathtub Dartboard had.  Instead of shooting directly at a black hole in the board.  Other than that, I enjoy this toy and recommend it for the fun.  Maybe after playing with it for awhile, one can get good at aiming it.
