Review: TY TMNT Beanie Ballz

This Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles product can be great as a toy toss around or something to sit on your bed at night.  Made by the people who caused the might Beanie Baby boom, TY now brings us Beanie Ballz.  With a totally cool set designed just to excite the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fans who come across these awesome new toys.  Here is my review of the TY Teenage Ninja Mutant Turtle Beanie Ballz.

With a design calling out to the old school Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fans, their soft and friendly look will even reach out to the young fans who follow the Nickelodeon series.  Based off of the original cartoon, from their masks, belts, and shells.  These soft, squishy Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle balls are fun to play with and keep around.  Each Turtle carries their own expression to show that they are different from each other.  Yet the design is simple and fun.

Here are all four of the Turtles.  As a fan of the old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon I enjoy seeing all of the classic merch coming out.  The only thing missing is the old school logo that we knew and loved back in the 1990’s.  Another thing that I was surprised about is their tags.  TY was one of those companies that put details into each of their beanie baby tags, so I was excited wondering what we would see in these tags.  Though each tag is the same, with only their names replaced.  No made up birthdays, favorite hobbies or food.  Just names.  The tag is not the reason I bought them, it’s just one of those nice touches I was hoping to see.

I love these little dolls, and think that they’re great for TMNT fans of all ages who enjoy toys.  They’re different and stand out in a collection.  These four will be kept with my other plush Ninja Turtles, and used as display pieces when needed here on Cowabunga Corner.
