Snap Review: Max Mini Hauler

There’s so many different products released every year that we have a hard time keeping up with everything.  From toys, food, and novelty products.  Wanting to cover everything we enjoy, including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles can take time.  Which has got me deciding to do some shorter reviews, just doing fast coverage of the product itself.  These are our Cowabunga Corner Snap Reviews.  Each review covering a different product, depending on what ever it is we have to share.  This episode covers the Max Tow Truck Mini Haulers with Track Pieces.

This toy car impressed both Miki and I at Toy Fair this year as they had the ramp straight up like a wall and we watched this little car drive upward.  We had no clue how it did this trick and found ourselves impressed by the new toy.  I was excited when we got one that we could share here on Cowabunga Corner.  Even when I first opened this on video I found myself impressed by the toy and I know it will entertain kids for hours.

It was after the cameras were off that I figured out the trick of this little car.  It’s magnetic.  A clever idea for a cool toy that kids can enjoy.  Drive it up the fridge or any steel surface.  Just because we know how it works, does not make this toy any less cool.  As the ramp it comes with, does not look or give away that it’s got steel within it.  It just looks like a plastic ramp, and you can get more to attach to it.  Overall a fun idea and great entertainment.

I recommend this to anyone who likes to collect toy cars.  Anyone with young kids who love toys.  And even too kids who like magic tricks, as it can be shown as the car that defies gravity to the other children that don’t know how it works.  There’s so much this car is good for.  Made by Jakk Pacifics that make the Giant Michelangelo and Leonardo toys with the storage shells.  This company has so much more to offer.
