The internet exploded shortly after the designs for the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series was released in February. As fans of all ages found themselves split down the middle upon the new look and feel for the Ninja Turtles, as there’s no question that this is a road they’ve never been on before. I tried to write one story that would include my thoughts on the Facebook Live, designs, show overall and even the toys. But it got long and hard to write, let alone read. Which brings me here, where I’m going to give a short write up about each of the things revealed about “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”. Starting with their

I always enjoy sharing information about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with fellow fans. Midwest Media Expo is one of the fun conventions that brings me in yearly to talk Turtles, where I often get to share the floor with Andre from Black Nerd Comedy. Where the two of us can bring more TMNT history to life for fans. Together we cover whatever topic is at hand, in this panel we’re talking about the history of the TMNT Cartoon series.

One of the events I look most forward to each year is the Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Panel at San Diego Comic Con International. They always share awesome character designs for the upcoming season, bring in the voice actors and producers and share lots of fun stuff. These panels have been at Comic Con International since 2012. This year they did something different, it is the first year that they brought in someone from outside of Nickelodeon to Moderate the panel having Andre from Black Nerd Comedy. Here’s the panel and my review of the panel.

If there is one thing I truly enjoy. It is a great convention, the gathering of fans of tv, comics, movies, books and games alike can join together for epic memories. That is why I try to go to any con that invites me. Last month was Midwest Media Expo, and it was totally awesome. Here is my review of a fun weekend of guests, food and fun!

Conventions are one of my favorite things to do. It takes you out of the stress for a weekend and places you somewhere that you can meet and hang out with people that enjoy the same stuff as you do. Be this in your backyard or across the globe, conventions are like a second home to those who go. Conventions usually start really small and have to work their way up, though in Michigan we got a new one called “Midwest Media Expo” which road the success of Youmacon to make it the largest first year event in Michigan. I was at a guest at this convention and will love to share my review of a great weekend in Detroit.

Midwest Media Expo is a new event in Detroit which had a lot of great panels going on, with fun guests. A guest I got to spend a lot of time talking with, was Andre from “Black Nerd Comedy”. He got a panel on Saturday night which was a blast. Here I show an edited down version of his panel, cutting a few things with reason. This is a fun panel, with a lot of laughs and his introduction the Michigan drink called “Faygo”. Check out the “Black Nerd Comedy” Panel!
