This past Saturday Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles took over at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. That was the day that the “Secrets of the Sewers” Exhibit opened up to the public.  This is a large Exhibit full of games, props, and group activities.  Made to help families and friends learn to work together as a team while enjoying our fab four Turtles!  Here is my review of the “Secrets of the Sewers” Exhibit.

The second week of February brings us Valentine's weekend. It's going to be a busy weekend for romantics. Though we have some good stuff coming up this week that may interest a few people. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle toys are selling off the shelves as new toys are coming out all the time based on the new Nickelodeon series.  I got the chance to sit down with Pat from Playmates Toys and talk to him about the 2013 line of TMNT action figures.  In this talk I ask him about the sizes of toys, the missing joints of characters and even what toy lines are to come?  Movie Toys?  IDW Series?  New Playsets?  A lot is covered in this interview!

Fandom is a wonderful thing when we come together.  And I can’t be more excited to say congrats to Jared.  Jared is a TMNT fan who is following his dream of throwing a huge party.  To throw the size of the party he wanted to throw he needed help from the fandom.  And the fandom answered to his call for help with donating over $38,000 towards the party and the tickets are still on sale!  What type of party would get so much funding?  One that has something for everyone who decides to go.

Video Games has always been a large part of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles History.  Starting back in the 1990’s with the Nintendo system, Arcade, and so much more.  We’ve watch the Turtle games grow and change throughout the years. Since Nickelodeon has got the Turtles fans have been asking “Who will be doing the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game?” and today we got the answer as I saw on twitter from Nickelodeon UK PR “Pleased to announce new global deal between Nickelodeon and Activision to produce Turtles video games.”  This is big news for the TMNT fandom!  Finally a TMNT game.

In June 2009, Facebook launched a game called Farmville. This game was created by Zynga, which has been creating popular games that are played on both Facebook and MySpace, such as Mafia Wars. When the game first arrived on Facebook, I found the posts annoying as it flooded my wall. I ended up blocking the app without giving it a try. I did not want to waste my time with anymore online games, as I was already playing Mafia Wars and a few other games on MySpace. Why would I want to join Farmville?
