Wolfman Mac's Chriller Drive-In

"Spider Baby", the Original "Little Shop of Horror", and "King Kong Escapes" all have something in common these days. Night time Horror Host Shows. Usually on Friday or Saturday night you can find some TV show with a creepy host showing bad old movies, making fun of them and doing their own things in between the clips of the movie. In July 2007 a new face came to the world of Horror Host, Wolfman Mac.

In this episode I interview TMNT fan and collector Rutger. Rutger is best known across the internet for his massive TMNT autograph collection as he's been able to get some of the hardest to find autographs and shares them on his website.

TMNT Fan Art

All across the web you have different fan art, from old vampires to unicorns to Dexter Morgan to The Power Puff girls. Even shows that disappeared from TV over 20 years ago have artists out there still drawing their childhood heroes. Of course Ninja Turtles are no exception to the rule.

Ivey's Farmville

In June 2009, Facebook launched a game called Farmville. This game was created by Zynga, which has been creating popular games that are played on both Facebook and MySpace, such as Mafia Wars. When the game first arrived on Facebook, I found the posts annoying as it flooded my wall. I ended up blocking the app without giving it a try. I did not want to waste my time with anymore online games, as I was already playing Mafia Wars and a few other games on MySpace. Why would I want to join Farmville?

In this episode I share footage from a birthday party that I performed at in May 1991, for my school teacher's son. The hardest part about this party is that he KNEW who I was. So right away he's saying lines like "Hi Michele". Talk about a hard party. On top of that I already did other parties that day, and it was so hot outside. A lot of challenges turned out to be a lot of fun!

In the 8th episode of "Cowabunga Corner" Season 2 I review the first set of Neca Turtle Toys.

Movie Review: Green Hornet

One thing that will never get old at the theater is movie makers bringing comic book heroes to life on the big screen.  It has been going on for many years now and will keep going for years to come.

Welcome to episode 7 of Cowabunga Corner Season 2.

Michele Ivey's "Cowabunga Corner" #32

In this episode I talk about New York City Comic Con, an event I’ve been going to since it started that takes places in New York City once a year. Filled with comics, anime, and more. I normally enjoy this event and there’s always something Ninja Turtles happening there for fans to enjoy.

This is an over view of all of the years, I will be doing blogs focusing on certain events that has happened at New York City Comic Con that Turtle fans may enjoy. I am sorry, though I will never post a full panel, though I will post pieces of panels that I feel fits to Cowabunga Corner.

Merry Christmas from Cowabunga Corner!

I went down town Ferndale, MI to get some footage of the Holiday set ups we have and decided to share some here on Cowabunga Corner. Sadly unlike Halloween there is no Turtles, though it’s still a nice set up.

Happy Holidays from all of us here at Cowabunga Corner!
