Movie Review: Madagascar 3

In 2005 a series of movies started, it was just seen as another CGI film at the time about zoo animals.  These zoo animals get in trouble and are shipped away from their home.  Their goal was to try and find away home.  Though things got rough and they were trapped at their new home.  One of the big draws for this movie was the star list of voice actors they had and of course that the movie is from DreamWorks made it very appealing for moviegoers as well.  Who would have guessed that this film would get two sequels and even a spin-off CGI series?   This week, their third film comes to theaters!

Review: London Comic Con 2012

My name is Koen, from Belgium. I went to Comic Con London for the exclusive Ninja Turtles event and mainly to meet and greet with Kevin Eastman and Michael Sinterniklaas.  Here is my write up about the event .

When I got to the event, I expected it to be a big deal because in Belgium Comic Con does not exist.  I was lucky there was a Ninja Turtles event or else I would be out of there in about an hour, simply because it was pretty small and had a lot of the same things like games, anime and very few merchandise dealers.  In the whole event I only found one thing Ninja Turtles related.  The event was also way too overcrowded for what it was.

Review: Sea Life

Mall of America has many great things, and we have been covering the "Nickelodeon Universe" theme park a lot lately because of the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shell Shock ride.  Though while at the Mall of America, we got to explore some of the other great things they have to offer.  One of those was “Sea Life,” the aquarium inside Mall of America.

Hey everyone,

Fugitoid's Shell Shock Review

Every Saint Patrick’s Day I try to get into the spirit by wearing green. In fact, I love doing it because green is my favourite colour. I even used to have yearly tradition for Saint Patty’s (until I moved) with a friend of going to our favourite bar, which happened to be an Irish bar, to have a few pints of Guinness and hang out. But Saint Patrick’s Day 2012 turned out to be a unique and special day, and I ended up wearing green provided by the good folks at Nickelodeon Universe.

Review: Nickelodeon Universe Rides

Mall of America, one of our great tourist attractions is a huge mall with a lot of stores and even a theme park in the middle of the mall.  Originally the theme park was “Camp Snoopy” though a few years ago that park was changed into Nickelodeon Universe.  A nice size indoor theme park with rides for people of all ages.

Review: TMNT Shell Shock Display

One of the big draws that makes Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shell Shock a TMNT theme ride great is the statues that sit around the entrance of the ride.  Without these this ride would not look nearly as cool as it does for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fans.  All of the statues are based on the new design for the Nickelodeon TMNT series, including a big statue of the Shredder, which was the first look that was public for the fans to see. I feel each of these statues deserve a close look for the fans who have not been able to make it to Mall of America.  So here is my review of each of the characters.

A World Record Event

On the morning of March 17th, 2012, I went to Mall of America with my youngest daughter, Michele, and two friends, Fugitoid and Tokka.  We woke early to get ready for this event for there was going to be a gathering at the mall to break the Guinness World Records, and we did.

Once we arrived, there a line already starting to form.  Probably 50 or more people had arrived before us.  To me time went fast.  I enjoyed seeing so many young families, many already dressed in some kind of Ninja Turtles type outfits.
