Review Nickelodeon TMNT "Panic in the Sewers"

Shredder has shown himself to the Turtles!  The Turtles survived that first battle!  And now Shredder has two mutants working for him.  Nickelodeon has been serving up some amazing TMNT action!  Their fight scenes are as promised, fully packed with action and comedy, and while the characters are light hearted at times the plot is thick.  So after spoiling us last week with three packed adventures all in one episode, how are they to follow that?  Well the new episode, which was originally listed on Wikipedia as “Mojo Rising” is now titled “Panic in the Sewers”.   Does the title really fit what we see in the episode?

Hey everyone,

Review: Nickelodeon TMNT "New Friend, Old Enemy

The Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series has went well with the first three episodes giving us the feel of the world and characters.  Though as many has noticed, the Foot has not fought or seen the Turtles face to face.  With only one small look at them, fans have been itching to see them battle.  The fourth episode aired this last Saturday granting that wish from the fans, as the Foot has now started to make their move.  Can the Turtles handle themselves in their first battle with the Foot?  And will Nickelodeon bring the strong Ninja action that fans are hoping to see?  Those were the questions coming into this episode, now we can answer our thoughts and look back to “New Friend, Old Enemy”

Hey everyone,

Review: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures Vol. 1

Once again IDW brings us something really cool for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fans.  They went a step farther than how things went with 2009 when Archie released their book of the first three TMNT comics.  How could IDW do more, since they already did another printing of the Archie’s 2009 release?  Simple!  Keep bringing us the releases of the old Archie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures!  And that is what they’re doing!

Agent 88 and TMNT

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have dipped their hands into many different medias throughout the years.  Though it’s not often to find so many people who work on TMNT trying to put together one show.  Which is what you got going on right now with a kickstarter project right now.  Agent 88 a show about an 88 year old lady who knows how to kick butt.  This film here is being put together by a great artist Digger who’s bringing together a lot of amazing people, many of which we know as TMNT fans like Ernie Reyes Jr.

Review: Nickelodeon TMNT Website

In 2009, the news of the sale of Ninja Turtles to Viacom also meant that ninjaturtles.com would no longer be ran by Mirage Studios.  The website soon had an image showing that the new site was to be launched in 2011, as we watched a lot of the areas disappear from the website that we all knew and loved.  Though some cool areas remained, like the history of the old TV series and movies.  We waited for the new site.  But 2011 came and went with no new changes.  Finally, June 2012 the website changes, but is this change for the better?

World Steam Expo 2012 Review

This last month, I went to the World Steam Expo in Dearborn, Michigan.  This is a great event held yearly based around the fandom of Steam Punk with guests, panels, concerts and a great dealer room.  This is Cowabunga Corner's second year covering the World Steam Expo.  We arrived at the event on Friday and spent the full weekend floating around checking out different events and talking to many people.
