Stop Motion TMNT 1987 Intro!

Over the years one of the crazes that fans enjoy doing is re-creating awesome stuff from our childhood; be it acting out scenes with a group of friends, drawing out our favorite moments in TV shows and movies, and or singing a song we enjoy our own styles.  With the creation of YouTube, fans have been able to share their love of making these things public for others to enjoy.  Though not all of these re-creation videos get a lot of notice. Recently one has come up this week which is getting the public attention.

One Year of Nick TMNT Images!

One year ago, Nickelodeon released the very first image showing us the design for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  At that time the Turtles still had two toes, though the rest of the design looks a lot like the Turtles we’re seeing now.

Making of Cowabunga Corner Season 3

Cowabunga Corner Season 3 was a total blast to make!  I cannot thank everyone enough for all the time they put into it.  This season was the first time where we had almost as many interviews as we did reviews, which did really surprise me as that was not something I thought was going to ever happen.

Review: Image TMNT #25

Last September, I reviewed a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Comic made by the fans. This comic was to pick up where Image left off to finish up the story and connect it to Mirage Volume 4, one of the biggest gaps in Ninja Turtle’s history that needed to be fixed.

Review: IDW Micro Series #3 Donatello

IDW is still taking us for a ride with all these great comic books coming out, with Tom Waltz leading the way with the main series and Brian Lynch bringing us these Micro issues. It’s no wonder we’re all excited every month waiting for the next comic to hit the shelves.

The Challenge of seeing "Being Elmo"

Through out my life I have grew up with the inspiration of Jim Henson around me.  From his TV shows, toys, movies and the work that my own father was inspired to do from watching interviews with Jim Henson.  My house had monsters ranging from tiny puppets to big costumes, craved from foam rubber.

Review IDW TMNT #7

IDW Publishing has been doing a great job with the Turtle series as Tom Waltz is giving us a whole new view on our favorite green mean machines with a twist of a story, action, and new and old villains.  Readers never know what’s around each corner as he leaves us guessing.

My first Internet meet up

Ever get nervous about meeting fellow fans from the Internet?  Ever wonder if the person you’re talking to sitting on the other side of the screen is really who they say they are?  Has this prevented you from going out and meeting fellow fans?  I know I was nervous when I first got online, all you heard on the news was the bad stuff.

Being Elmo: A Puppeteer Journey

Review "Change is Constant" Volume 1

Just months ago, IDW Publishing released their first issue of the new TMNT series, leaving all of us comic book fans in shock of just how new these Turtle comics were.  Up to date, six issues have been released of the normal series and two issues from the Mirco Series.  These are wonderful comics that have been keeping us on our toes.
