Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II opened up on the streets of New York City and came down to a pizza place, Roy’s, with the crowd buzzing and eating pizza.  A young delivery boy is called over to deliver a pizza to “That O’Neil Lady”.  The scene is well known as it introduces Keno to the movie.  Though how many fans have known the location of Roy’s?

In this episode I share a time when a group of Ninja Turtle fans got to visit Mirage Studios. They were in town for the Words & Pictures Museum and got invited to see the studio.

Motor City Comic Con weekend started with the idea of 'finding' the new convention center.  They moved from the Novi Expo Center, where they had been since I started going to this convention in 1997, to the "Rock Financial Showplace".  We got there an hour early, and parked right outside the main entrance.  We went and bought our tickets. Now it use to be once you got there you got into the long line and waited until they opened to be able to buy your tickets, but with the new set up the line is inside and you can buy your ticket before getting in line.  Which was really cool.   My mom and I bought got the two day pass which was only $20, then got into the line for the people who just bought their tickets today.

On February 1st, Nickelodeon released a group of images of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toys.  These images have been around for a few days now as we’ve been taking time to cover each of the areas that was released to us.  Though there was some video that got released later that day, which gave us even more new toy images,  including some of the other lead characters.  This is what I’m going to go over for today.

With every new line of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Toys to come out they release a new line of accessories for those toys from cars, bikes, skate boards to what ever else they can throw into the mix.  We got a full new line of action figures just ready to be tossed our way.   This is one of the things that is required of the TV show, make things that can be sold as toys and use them in the show. 

Nickelodeon has released a handful of TMNT toy photos and information at the Toy Show this week and I have been taking the time to share with everyone my thoughts on the new TMNT toys from what we have see in the pictures.  I have not yet got the chance to play with these toys or observe them to see how I really feel about the toys. Though, personally, I cannot wait to get my hands on them to add to the collection.

With so many sets of new TMNT toys for Nickelodeon coming out,  I’ll be breaking up my reviews into daily spots to cover each of these sections.  MTV News has released all the images that I have seen.  So make sure to check out their website for what is coming out.  This is just my personal overview of what we see so far.

COWABUNGA!  That is the best way to express how I’m feeling right now as some wonderful news has been released from Playmate Toys and Nickelodeon, brand new TMNT toys!  With photos.  The first set of  toys are based on the Classic TMNT look, for us old school fans who love the original cartoon series.  They have released images of all four Turtles from this new series of toys and I cannot wait to see these on the shelves at stores.

I have been going to conventions since I was a little kid. So it’s not uncommon to see me wandering the halls of a convention decked head to toe in Ninja Turtles.  Some conventions have become use to me being there yearly, while others I show up at for only the names upon the guest list.  I have worked in all sorts of different areas for conventions from dealer rooms to running panels to even Convention Operations.
