Review: IDW TMNT 21

TMNT21_cvrSUBThe new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Comic books by IDW has been bringing us on one adventure after another and promising so much more.  We just finished up the Dimension X story, where the Turtles got to meet the Neutrinos and Fugitoid, in a war against Krang.  Now the Turtles are home and we’re about to be lead into the new adventure with them.  Here is my review of issue 21 that just came out today.

Review: IDW TMNT #19

TMNT19_cvrAIn January I was one of the fans sitting there waiting for a new issue of TMNT to come to the market and to my surprise there was not one till the first of February.  I felt as if we were going to start to fall a month behind in the on going Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics by IDW.  Though to my surprise, we have one on the shelves today!  This is our second issue of TMNT this month, bringing us back up to speed.  So I am excited to bring you this review of IDW TMNT #19.

Review: IDW TMNT 18

TMNT18_cvrAIn December 1987 the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon came on with a five parter to introduce the world to characters created for a black and white comic book.  The producers, writers and directors decided to bring this cartoon into it’s own direction away from the dark dangerous characters of the comic world and turn them into a fun loving group with a lot of laughs. They introduced a lot of new characters throughout their long run on TV, most of which disappeared once the cartoon went off the air in 1996.  Nickelodeon and IDW is giving us promise to see these beloved characters again.

Review: IDW TMNT #17

When the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon was cancelled, a lot of great characters disappeared from the different worlds of TMNT.  Mirage, Image, The Next Mutation, 4Kids, and even the movie has not picked up these characters.  As they laid in the past, seeming to be forgotten.  Though when Viacom bought up the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle property back in 2009, none of us realized just how many of these lost characters would make their returns in one universe or another.

Review: IDW TMNT #16

With all the hype of the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series on Nickelodeon, let’s not forget the first story arc since Viacom has bought the Turtles.  IDW Publishing has it’s awesome comic line, with a full new story for the Turtles.  Different from any version out there, these Turtles are winning the hearts of their readers.  As Tom Waltz is bringing us on a ride full of action, family moments, bad guys and humor.  In the last issue Michelangelo stood alone against their new foe, as his brothers fell.  So here’s my review of issue 16, where we see how the Turtles face off against this new threat.
