Toy fair

At Toy Fair 2014 we visited a lot of different booths with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles products.  One of the really cool booths was Kidrobot.  They had these toys based on the original TMNT cartoon with characters like Bebop and Rocksteady!  Just one of the areas that we had to check more into for the collectors out there who want to know.  Here is our interview about these awesome new toys.

At Toy Fair 2014 we got to see a lot of really cool Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle items.  One of my favorites is from Jakk’s Pacific.  They made a Giant Michelangelo with storage shell.  This thing is very cool and would look great in any TMNT collection. We got the chance to go by their booth an interview them about their new 2014 products.

In 2013 Funko released their POP Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Toy line!  At Toy Fair 2014 we learned that there is more coming.  As TMNT was seen through their booth we had to find out all the juicy details about this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles gold mine of goodies!  This is an interview we did at Toy Fair to find out what we can for our fellow fans!

Toy Fair 2014 was a big event that offered a lot of cool stuff.  The second day kept us just as busy going around as the first day.  It started off very early as Mattel was doing a Press panel that went over their new lines of toys for 2014.  We also had a handful of other interesting things going on, that got Miki and I to pack up and walk over there early.  Check in was easy and we got a press kit, before heading into the panel.

Once a year in the United States people gather from around the world to talk about toys. Action figures, yo yo, coloring books, and so much more. This event is full of business people who either make or sell toys. They call this awesome week "Toy Fair". There are few outside of the business who can attend this joyless week, including media outlets. This is the second year that Cowabunga Corner has been able to take part. Here is my over all review of Toy Fair 2014.

Going through Toy Fair it is getting harder and harder to choose favorites as there is so much new stuff coming out.  Things I know everyone will be excited about.  We will cover as much as we can with six interviews with companies already, we got plenty more to come.  Before we get into editing footage and sharing everything we have to finish this trip.  For now I will keep up with the Top Picks of the day for Tuesday, the top pick is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Drum set.

Monday was a full day of running around, meeting new companies that plan to bring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles products out for us fans.  With amazing stuff from Talking Pillows to Kidrobot toys!  Choosing a favorite has to go to the one that got me the most excited at first sight.  That is to a company that kept their Turtle stuff hidden in the booth where I did not even see them the other times I passed by this booth.  Underground Toys.

Toy Fair 2014 is going on with so much Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles products all around.  It’s hard to pick and choose favorites.  On this day we visited a lot of booths that had Turtles, which is what we will do each day.  And while I will do full booth reviews and coverage like I did last year, this year I also wanted to pick a favorite toy each day based on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  These are my personal favorites.

2013 is almost over.  It’s time to reflect on the past year and all that has happened during that time.  

Earlier this month we asked for people to vote if I open a piece in my collection.  The Blind bag TMNT toy given to me at Toy Fair when I visited the Playmates Toys booth.  In the poll we got 80% votes towards opening the blind bag toy for a toy video.  With this I put together this video of me opening the toy for a short video review.
