Kodak Moment #64

I got hundreds to thousands of photos through my life.  A lot of which would match up to stories here on Cowabunga Corner, but for one reason or another they are not chosen.  This does not mean that these photos are not worth sharing and do not hold stories of their own.  I would like to keep sharing what I can here on the site, so whenever I can I will share a photo and a story to go along with the photo.  If it’s a part of events that has been shared here, we will link back to the stories of the events themselves as well.  Hope everyone enjoys.  Today’s photo is at Toronto Fan Expo 2005.

Review "Mazes and Mutants" Nick TMNT #41

I know it’s been awhile since I’ve sat down and reviewed the Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.  This has not been due to the lack of watching the show, but more the lack of time.  I have kept up every week with Nickelodeon’s TMNT.   One thing I want to do now, is take the time to catch up on the past episodes with some short reviews working my way up to the recent stuff.  If you haven’t seen the season finale of Season 3, be ready for some epic fights, major emotional rides, some good laughs along with a new adventure.  Though that’s for a future review.  Right now I’m going to focus on “Mazes and Mutants” an episode from Season 2.

Comic Con International 2015 : Weekend Review

Comic Con International is one of the biggest events of the year.  And every year this is one of those events that come with the good, the bad and the crazy.  From panels, shopping, autographs and meeting up with friends there’s never a dull moment at this event.  This here is the highlight review of the Comic Con 2015 weekend.  Following the panels that I went to, the booths that made the most memory for me and the friends that I met up with.  Following we will share some Comic Con Panels, some more detailed reports and even a major discrimination report about Comic Con.  Let’s start with the fun.

Claudia's Review: Geek Fan Expo Convention

September 5th, 2014 thru the 7th, there was a convention called Geek Fan Expo.  This convention was held at a Double Trees in Dearborn, off of Ford Road just west of M39, the Southfield Expressway.  I attended two of the three days.

"The Many Voices of Rob Paulsen" Geek Fan Expo 2014

Conventions have become very common these days with all sorts of events around the world.  I personally try to go to as many of these as I can, which include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle guests.  While I'm known for being at the big events like Comic Con International and New York Comic Con, it is the small conventions which I enjoy the most.  Recently I went to a new convention in Dearborn, Michigan called "Geek fan Expo".  This was their first year and truly did an awesome job setting up events, guests and staff.  This story about the first panel I went too at the convention, "The Many voices of Rob Paulsen".

Nickelodeon Resorts Retro Weekend TMNT Panel 3

This has been a great year for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fans, with new comics, cartoons and the movie.  Though the best thing has been the amount of events that has happened that Ninja Turtle fans can enjoy.  As we try to make it to as many events as we can to support the Turtles, we are also doing so to bring as much footage and coverage back out to share with everyone who has not been able to make it to these far off cities.  One of these awesome events was Retro Weekend at the Nickelodeon Resorts Hotel in Orlando Florida.  This is the third TMNT panel from the weekend that we caught on film.

Cowabunga Corner News: Rob Paulsen 2014 Interview

New episode of Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles airs tonight and what better way to get hyped up about the return of the new series than sitting down to interview one of the awesome voice talents from the show.  I caught up with Rob Paulsen this last weekend at Geek Fan Expo, a convention that took place in Michigan.  We got to hang out in the lobby for this interview, so the sound is not the best we've had on the show.  Check out the video to see how Rob feels about this new take on the Ninja Turtles after finishing up two seasons and now working on the third.

Nickelodeon Resorts Retro Weekend TMNT Panel 2

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle events of 2014 are piling up from conventions, parties, Galleries and so much more.  With so many events happening, I have not been able to cover all of them.  Though I do try to cover each of the ones that I do manage to get too.  With videos, photos and write ups.  Most of these videos have not been posted yet, which is what I’m working on now.  Going through the events and sharing what I can.  This video is from Nickelodeon Resorts Hotel TMNT Retro Weekend, which was the kickoff of their Summer of Shell.
