Review: IDW TMNT #16

With all the hype of the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series on Nickelodeon, let’s not forget the first story arc since Viacom has bought the Turtles.  IDW Publishing has it’s awesome comic line, with a full new story for the Turtles.  Different from any version out there, these Turtles are winning the hearts of their readers.  As Tom Waltz is bringing us on a ride full of action, family moments, bad guys and humor.  In the last issue Michelangelo stood alone against their new foe, as his brothers fell.  So here’s my review of issue 16, where we see how the Turtles face off against this new threat.

Review: IDW TMNT #15

Happy Halloween everyone!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are getting more and more attention now with the new toys and cartoons on the market, though we can not let the first of the Viacom incarnations of the Turtles disappear into the shadows as the IDW Comics are still coming out strong with some awesome new Ninja Turtle Comics.  Today issue 15 has hit the market where the Turtles are going against a very strong and dangerous mutant from Stockman’s lab.  Find out the new history of a character many of us know well from the original cartoons and Archie Comics!

Review IDW TMNT #7

IDW Publishing has been doing a great job with the Turtle series as Tom Waltz is giving us a whole new view on our favorite green mean machines with a twist of a story, action, and new and old villains.  Readers never know what’s around each corner as he leaves us guessing.

DVD Review: Toy Story 3

Toy Story 3Fresh on DVD is the third part of Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story movies.  Toy Story started back in 1995, and became an instant hit.  A fun original movie about toys, facing the dangers that enter their life and getting use to a new toy in the group.  An adventure that anyone could enjoy. Though when Toy Story 2 rolled around, fans were wary of the idea of a sequel to the CGI movie that they all enjoyed.  To our surprise Toy Story 2 was just as good as the first, facing another issue that toys have to deal with, being “in or out of package”.  Well written, the characters stayed true to the first movie.  The movie crew some how pulled it off.   Though could they do it again with a third movie?  Early this year Toy Story 3 came to theaters, and just this last week it was released on DVD.
